We simply ask that guests clean up after their pets and bring a blanket or pet bed to help keep furniture and linens comfortable for everyone.

• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. • The guest who makes the reservation must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. • Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. You're welcome to smoke outdoors. Evidence of smoking inside the home may result in an additional cleaning fee. • We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a starter supply of household essentials. Please bring any personal items you may need during your stay, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shaving products. • Failure to follow our house rules may result in additional charges in accordance with Airbnb policies. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet setting, Thuja Hideaway offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, just minutes from the adventures of New River Gorge National Park. The final few hundred feet of the drive is a well-maintained gravel road that is easily accessible by standard vehicles year-round. As you approach the City Limits sign, keep right and watch for the Thuja Hideaway directional sign, which will guide you the rest of the way.
Guest Access
You'll have the entire home and outdoor space to yourself, with parking available for up to three vehicles. Check-in is simple and secure with keyless entry. Your personalized access code will be provided 24 hours before arrival and updated after every stay. Please note: two storage sheds on the property are not accessible to guests. A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided, including: • Toilet paper • Paper towels • Trash bags • Dishwasher pods • Hand soap • Shampoo and body wash ***Please note that this is a starter supply only. We recommend planning accordingly based on your group size and duration of your stay The home is accessible by GPS. The final portion of the drive includes a well-maintained gravel road suitable for standard vehicles year-round. Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and backyard only. There are no cameras inside the home.
