Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. No smoking indoors: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. Toiletries: Please bring your own toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving supplies, etc.). Shampoo and body wash are provided. House rules: Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees. Pets We love hosting pups! Dogs only: Sorry, no cats. Pet fee: $50 per dog, one-time cleaning fee. Quite neighborhood close to local cafes and restaurants. Large back and front yard with private fence.
Guest Access
You will be provided with a touchpad keyless entry to the house. There are two unoccupied sheds on the property that guests won't have access to. The keypad is located at the front door for simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend bringing additional items appropriate for the duration of your stay. The drive to the house is accessible via GPS, and guests will not have any trouble finding it. Please note that there are two security cameras at the front and back of the house, facing the front entrance and the backyard. There are no cameras inside the house.
