After hiking, rafting, or bridge views, come home to unwind by the indoor gas fireplace, cook a great meal, and share stories under the stars. Step outside to your outdoor oasis: a spacious backyard with a fully furnished patio strung with cozy lights, a gas grill/BBQ, hammock swing chair, cornhole, and an inviting fire pit (please bring your own logs—we’re happy to recommend a trusted local supplier). It’s the perfect setup for easy evenings and long conversations. Minimum age: Primary guest must be 25+ to book. Booking guest must stay: The person who makes the reservation must be present for the entire stay. No parties or events: Parties are not allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. No smoking indoors: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. Toiletries: Please bring personal toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving items, etc.). Shampoo and body wash are provided. House rules: Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees. Pets We love hosting pups! Dogs only: Sorry, no cats. Pet fee: $50 per dog, one-time cleaning fee. Second dog: Want to bring a second dog? Message us first, please. Pet expectations: Please clean up after your dog inside and outside the home. Bring a blanket/bed for your dog to lie on — pet hair is tough to remove from linens and furniture.

Quite neighborhood close to local cafes and restaurants. Large back and front yard with private fence.

Guest Access

You will be provided with a touchpad keyless entry to the house. There are two non occupied sheds on the property that guests won't have access to. The keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary started pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. The drive to the house is accessible with GPS and guests will not have a problem finding the house. Please note that there are two security cameras located at the front and the back of the house facing front entrance and backyard. There are no cameras inside the house.
