Guest Access

You will be provided with a touchpad keyless entry to the house. There are two non occupied sheds on the property that guests won't have access to. The keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary started pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. The drive to the house is accessible with GPS and guests will not have a problem finding the house. Please note that there are two security cameras located at the front and the back of the house facing front entrance and backyard. There are no cameras inside the house.

We loved staying at Dmitry’s place. The space was perfect for our family of 9 adults, a baby and our greyhound. Having two levels gave us privacy and the perfect amount of space including common areas for eating together. We loved the backyard (and so did our greyhound). Our family played outdoor games in the evenings and had family meals together. It was very close to many beautiful areas of hiking and our main destination to New River Gorge. I love how the house is located on a very quiet property yet close to town. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Nice house. Very clean. Plenty of space to veg out and watch a movie after visiting the New River Gorge. The park is very close to the house which was great. Host was very proactive and communicative. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in backyard very much as well as the deer that visited every night.

Large fenced backyard for our pups. Great size rooms, spotlessly clean. Has everything you need to feel right at home. Neighborhood is very quiet. Even has a game room. The host went above a beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Dmitry is a communicative host with clear instructions and it was easy to make this spot a home base during our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, the home is colorful and airy with its open spaces, and the yard was a great hangout spot for us and our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to access downtown Oak Hill or the New River Gorge area more generally. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice winter stay in the home - met all our expectations. And we appreciated the host and cleaning lady checking in to make sure the furniture was well vacuumed. Kitchen worked well for having brunch and the kitchen table was nice to play games on. Good consistent communication with the owner. We'll be back!

This is an older home but it was clean and met our needs. The beds are really firm, which isn’t our preference, but the sheets were great quality. The host was super responsive. We would stay here again if we were visiting Oak Hill or Fayetteville.

Great house for exploring NRG, especially if you’re bringing a dog (the house and furniture doesn’t feel gross/run down in the way that many pet friendly places can). We stayed a few nights with our dog and newborn and were particularly impressed by the comfortable beds! Dmitry was great about answering the few questions we had, even quickly sending over someone to help us get the tricky gas fireplace started.

Dmitry’s place was just what our souls needed after packing up our house from Cbus Ohio and heading to our new home in NC! The place was good vibes as soon as you walked in. It felt cozy, super clean, and Dmitry was easy to communicate with. Great location too! We will definitely be back in the fall. Thanks again for being a great host!!
